Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Planoral is a software service (SaaS) for dental clinics. It includes modules for imaging, patient management, appointments, and billing. The service is provided for the duration of an active subscription.

2. Account

Users are obliged to register with accurate and up-to-date information. Confidentiality of account credentials is the user's responsibility. Suspected unauthorized access must be reported immediately to the support team.

3. Acceptable Use

The service may not be used for:

• Activities contrary to law or ethics
• Uploading data that infringes third-party rights
• Reverse engineering, automation abuse, or attempts to exhaust system resources
• Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful content

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1. Plans

Active plans and credit amounts are stated on the pricing page. The Company reserves the right to change prices; price changes for existing subscribers take effect in the next billing period.

4.2. Payment

Payments are collected via iyzico. Auto-renewal applies on the renewal date; the subscription continues under the same conditions unless cancelled.

4.3. Refunds

A refund is issued if you cancel within the first 7 days. After 7 days, fees for the current period are not refunded; the subscription ends at the start of the next period.

5. Data Ownership

All patient and clinic data uploaded by clinics belongs to the relevant clinic. The Company claims no rights over this data beyond providing the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Service Level (SLA)

99.9% target availability (uptime) is committed. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance and performed outside business hours whenever possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company provides the service "as is". The Company is not responsible for indirect damages arising from force majeure, third-party outages, or user error. Total liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the 12 months prior to the relevant breach.

8. Termination

Users may close their account at any time; data is destroyed within 30 days or exported upon request. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account in case of breach of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved by the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
