Getting Started

How do I sign up for Planoral?

Click the Try Now button at the top right to create a free account. No credit card required.

How do I add my first patient?

After signing in, go to Patients from the left menu and click Add New Patient. Filling in ID, date of birth, and contact details is enough.

How does DICOM image upload work?

On the patient's file page, drag and drop your .dcm files into the Upload Image area. The system opens images right in the browser — no software install required.

Credits & Payment

What is the credit system?

Each measurement/analysis consumes a number of credits. You can purchase monthly bundles or one-time credits. Unused credits roll over to the next month.

Payment methods

All Turkish bank cards and international cards are accepted via iyzico. Update your billing details in account settings.

How do I upgrade my plan?

From the Wallet & Billing page, view and upgrade or change your current plan. Changes take effect immediately.

Forgot password

Use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page to receive a reset email.

Two-factor authentication

You can enable 2FA from account settings. SMS or authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Authy) are supported.

Where is my data stored?

All data is encrypted and stored in GDPR/KVKK-compliant data centers in Türkiye. See our Security page for details.
